Tournament Schedule:
U8 - U12 will play at Seippes Road. U15 will play at Denton Elementary.
U6 coaches should pick up their team medals from the tournament site on the 21st at Seippes Road.

Please take time to review the Parents Code of Conduct. The Parents Code of Conduct applies to ALL spectators
regardless of relationship to player(s). Please make your visitors aware of the rules and expectations.
SMOKING: All smoking must be done in the parking areas. There is no smoking on the fields or sidelines.

Medical Release Forms are posted to the left. All players must have this filled out
and returned to their coach prior to the first game. The coaches will keep them with them
through the entire season.
